By using Identity (“we”, “us”) you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short because we are a solo-developer product and value clarity over legalese.
You must be 16+ to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.
Everything you create — projects, scripts, voice notes, patterns — is yours. By publishing a Pattern as “public” you grant other Identity users a limited, non-exclusive licence to fork it.
Don't upload illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content you don't own. Don't use the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content. Don't try to circumvent the daily AI quotas.
The app is currently 100% free — every feature is available at no cost, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. We may introduce optional paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice and never charge you without your explicit consent. To keep AI costs sustainable while free, some AI actions have a generous daily usage cap that resets every day.
LLMs can make mistakes. Always review hooks, drafts, and scores before publishing. We are not responsible for the accuracy of generated content.
We can terminate any account that abuses the service. You can terminate yours from Settings at any time. Termination triggers a hard delete of your data.
Identity is provided “as is”, without warranty. Our maximum liability to you is capped at the lesser of $50 or what you've paid us in the past 12 months.
